The spacious room with a kitchenette was perfect for preparing light meals, and I enjoyed breakfast with its ample selection of breads and cheeses. The staff were exceedingly helpful and attentive.
Shower design caused minor inconvenience.

We enjoyed cakes and cheese at breakfast. The staff were very very helpful and accommodating all the time. The location was good there, on local restaurants to try. Besides, it was close enough to a big avenue that leads to the Obilsk, the subway and the center touristic attractions...

The hotel is located in the center of the city and within walking distance to many of Buenos Aires' tourist attractions.
Hotel staffers are not of the same level of competence and experience.

This hotel was an absolute letdown. The staff's inability to communicate in English was very frustrating. I must mention the breakfast was just OK, nothing to write home about. I woudlve expected a complimentary welcome gift due to all the inconveniences, but apparently, that's not how they treat their guests. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was favourable and perfect, and we could reach Corrientes Avenue by walking. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with vegetarian dishes.

Very nice accomodations, large spacious rooms with very good beds and a small kitchen with basic appliances (even an electric stove!). Breakfast was nice, although there was no variation from one day to the other, but since we stayed only 3 days, it was OK. The localization is quite adequate to have a look around the central part of the city, and the reception helped us a lot arranging a city tour and storing our luggage on the day we were leaving.
Although very close to downtown, the block where the hotel is located is kind of dodgy during the night, so it didn't feel very safe to walk around late at night, but during the day it was fine, and we had no problems. Housekeeping did wake us up once because we found no "do not disturb" sign to hang on our door, and we found out afterwards there was supposed to be one. Although we were in a non-smoking room, there was a strong scent of smoke one of the days filling the whole floor, but at least not in the room itself.

Very nice staff ensured every need was met with warmth! The breakfast spread was good, with an array of pastries, fresh fruits, and hearty options.
Location seems a bit neglected and could appear unsafe, although I did not feel threatened personally.

Conveniently located for easy city exploration.
I encountered multiple issues. The room initially provided had a leak from the AC unit, quite disappointing. Although maintenance addressed the leak, I later found that the bathroom toilet also had a leak, necessitating a room change. The breakfast options were limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. The scrambled eggs seemed stale and watery, while the bread appeared a bit aged.

The whole experience was really great from start to finish, would recomand. The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a tourist area, close enough to main attractions as well as a big avenue. The staff was polite and pleasant, everything was fab. The breakfast had a lot of options, including breads, cakes and cheese. Its location was very central, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Paseo la Plaza.

Very helpful staff and a very nice modern hotel. Location was pretty central, the room was quiet (great for sleeping) and very comfortable. The room size was generous as well as the bathroom.
Although the location was central to many of the barrios, the area shut down fairly quickly about 8pm. It is an area that is under going several renovations currently....none that would affect your stay.

I really enjoyed my spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony perfect for evening relaxation. The sauna and sun terrace were great spots to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One minor thing was that there were a couple of staff members who struggled a bit with English, but it really didn't take away from my experience 😊

The room was very contemporary with a table and kitchen facilities. The air conditioning was great and the tv was a flat screen. Good english movies were available if you don't mind sub-titles on the screen. The breakfast was wonderful. A really nice continental breakfast was available.
The room was not cleaned when we got back after 3p.m. but they did send someone up immediately. The door staff and desk personnel were not very friendly. Not even a hello was expressed when we walked in the doors. Very little eye contact. But they did service us beautifully. The computer room was fabulous. The location of the hotel is not the best and in a very poor neighborhood. Graffitti and trash on the sidewalks all over the place. The location to the subway was ok. A little too far away from the main attractions in town except for the Congress building. If you could put this hotel in another neighborhood it would be fantastic! The location was the downside of the visit for us.
